Return Policy for the ecoyoga mat
(Single mat orders only)

Standard Return Policy for Defective Products:

You must contact at support specialist at:  http://greenyoga.inhouse123.com/contact.php before returning your product.  You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on your return. A defective mat will be replaced or credited according to the manufacturer’s warranty at Green Yoga’s discretion.

Non-defective Returns:

Non-defective returns are accepted for credit or exchange at Green Yoga’s discretion. All non-defective returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee and must be in unused condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.  You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred in the exchange/return process.
