George is perhaps the most famous yogi of our times. As a Beatle, he had rapidly gained access to many material riches, only to find that such material wealth left him empty of what really matters. His pursuit of meditation and yoga was widely reported and influenced many to begin practicing. George was also an environmentalist and supporter of green causes. It is no doubt that he was a Green Yogi.
