Don't be Shy!
We have something
for everyone!
Something
for everyone!
The
Green Yoga Conference welcomes students at all levels and interests.
Whether this is your very first yoga experience, or you've been
practicing for years, there will be classes and programs to accommodate
your interests and skills.
Our
weekend includes inspiring lectures on ecology and yoga-based philosophy,
small group discussions (sangha groups), break-out practice sessions,
meditation, music, dance, and time to make new friends with interests
related to consciousness and the environment. People at all levels
of yoga practice will feel welcome.
Each
breakout session will offer workshops ranging from very gentle to
moderate and vigorous. If you're new to yoga and want an easy experience
to get you started, you'll find many options suited to beginners.
If you've been practicing yoga for some time and prefer a gentle
style, you'll find a diversity of options suited to your needs.
Finally, for those who want the challenge of trying something new,
you'll have a chance to sample from a variety of yoga traditions.
Following
